- Nyang-Nyang Beach — Beautiful empty beach
- Uluwatu Beach — Great intermediate surf spot, many cafes around the cliff
- Thomas Beach — Nice for beaching, usually no waves for surf
- Padang Padang Beach — Good beginners surf spot, nice surroundings with monkeys
- Impossibles & Bingin Beach — Great intermediate surf spot
- Bingin Beach — Good surf spot, little reefy on low tide
- Dreamland Beach — Nice surf spot on low tides, good for beaching
- Balangan Beach — Great surf spot for beginners and intermediate surfers
- Kuta Beach — Great beginners surf spot, usually quite crowded
South (closest)
- Green Bowl Beach — The closest from us — 330 stairs to the beach, intermediate surf
- Pandawa Beach — Good beach for intermediate surf or beaching
- Melasti Holy Beach — Good for beaching
- Karma Beach — Good for beaching
- Gunung Payung Beach — Good for swimming
East coast
- Nikko Beach — Small beach, nice to combine with Pandawa or Geger
- Geger Beach — Nice surf spot
- Nusa Dua Beach — Good beginners to intermediate surf spot, also great for beaching
