By booking through this site you agree to the following terms, along with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit via Midtrans. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival, payable online or in cash on arrival. Rates are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); any USD/EUR figures are approximate.

Your stay

Check-in is after 1 PM, check-out is until 11 AM. House rules (quiet hours, pool use, smoking) are provided at check-in and in our Area Guide. We ask guests to treat the property, garden, and other guests with respect.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the property safe and well-maintained, but activities like surfing, scootering, and tours booked through us are undertaken at your own risk.
