7 days or more before arrival: free cancellation, full deposit refund.

Less than 7 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds are issued by our team back to your original payment method (or by bank transfer where needed) and recorded against your booking. This policy is shown again at checkout, where you'll confirm it before paying your deposit.
