What we collect

Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and booking details you give us directly. Payment is processed by Midtrans — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) after you consent via the cookie banner.

Why we use it

To process your booking and payments, send confirmations and check-in instructions, respond to inquiries, and — only if you opt in — send our occasional Bali guide/newsletter email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing us or via your account settings. This applies regardless of where you're booking from, in line with GDPR (EU guests) and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Data retention & storage

Booking and financial records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers; backups run daily.
