- Our OTA listings (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, Traveloka) are priced 30–40% above what we charge for the same room when you book directly on this site.
- How does payment work?
- You pay a 50% deposit at booking via Midtrans (cards, QRIS, bank transfer, or e-wallets like GoPay/OVO). The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival — pay online or in cash on arrival.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, with a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
- What are check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is after 1 PM, check-out is until 11 AM. Contact us if you need early check-in or late check-out.
- Is WiFi included?
- Yes, free WiFi throughout the property. Network: "Bali Bio Villas".
- Do you offer monthly rates?
- Yes — stays of 28 nights or more automatically get our monthly rate, shown on the Rooms & Rates page.

- What if my inquiry isn't paid?
- Unpaid inquiries are automatically released after 48 hours so the dates stay available to other guests.
